Boston Professional Plaza Recent Closings

May 13, 2016 – Construction on several buildings at Boston Professional Plaza have recently been completed and closed.  The Plaza, located within minutes of the SanTan Village Shopping District, Mercy Gilbert Medical Center and Loop 202 Freeway, is in the heart of one of the fastest growth areas of Gilbert, Arizona and is quickly becoming a medical hub.  COBE Real Estate Broker, Steve Beck, representing the developer in the transactions, has been enthusiastic about the response to the Plaza, “Medical and professional end users have recognized the value of this strategic location and have responded very favorably, as all available buildings are now sold.”  The two buildings that have recently been completed will be used as medical space.  Porter Brothers Construction, a highly renowned valley builder, will be completing the remaining buildings over the coming months.

Higley Retail Center Investment Sale Just Closed

January 25, 2016 – COBE Real Estate brokers, TJ Zaharis,  Brad Broyles and Steve Beck recently secured the sale of 866 S Higley Rd in Gilbert, AZ.  The property was purchased by Stenehjem Holdings as an investment sale for $2,900,000 ($295/SF).  Higley Center, a 9,842 SF multi-tenant freestanding retail building, is anchored by national tenant O’Reilly Auto Parts.   At the time of purchase, the property was 100% leased.  COBE Real Estate represented both parties in the transaction.  For additional retail investment opportunity, click here: Plaza at the Orchards

Investment Sale in Gilbert AZ – Just Closed

January 6, 2016 – COBE Real Estate brokers, Brad Broyles and Steve Beck recently secured the sale of 1355 S Higley Rd, Ste 101 in Gilbert, AZ.  The property was purchased by McQueen Farm, LLC as an investment sale for $458,000 ($220/SF).  Industrial Hand and Physical Therapy, Inc is leasing the property on a long term lease.  Brad Broyles and Steve Beck represented the owners, SKJR Investors, LLC in the sale.  IHPT – Physical Therapy is currently leasing an additional property that is also for sale at 8410 W Thomas Rd, Unit 136 in Phoenix :  8410 W Thomas Rd #136, Phoenix – Investment Sale Info

Retail Shops at Agritopia Village South
