January 25, 2016 – COBE Real Estate brokers, TJ Zaharis, Brad Broyles and Steve Beck recently secured the sale of 866 S Higley Rd in Gilbert, AZ. The property was purchased by Stenehjem Holdings as an investment sale for $2,900,000 ($295/SF). Higley Center, a 9,842 SF multi-tenant freestanding retail building, is anchored by national tenant O’Reilly Auto Parts. At the time of purchase, the property was 100% leased.
