May 5, 2016 – COBE Real Estate brokers, Brad Broyles and Steve Beck recently completed the sale of 1543 W Elliot Rd, Suite 104 in Chandler, AZ. The 1,500 SF office condominium at the Oasis at the Islands Professional Plaza sold for $290,000 as an investment property. COBE Real Estate represented both parties in the transaction.
